The Clearimage organization has undertaken to make its website accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector.

5. Application procedure

If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, if the interested party does not agree with the decision taken, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without receiving a response.

The claim may be submitted through the General Application of the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, as well as through the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
